They say you can’t fight City Hall. But my StrongHealthyWoman Warriors did in a big way this morning!
On Wednesdays we take the workout to the streets, monuments, and stairs of lower Manhattan. I call it the “fHIIT Run” and it’s where I turn these warriors into urban #StreetAthletes!
It is very similar to the workout I posted for last week’s Weekend Fit Challenge.
TRY THE URBAN WORKOUT we did at NYC famed CITY HALL: 1) 1 Flight of stair sprints. 2) Agility side shuffles through 10 cones. 3) 1 Lap of jump squats up the steps. 4) 1 Flight of stairs sprints. 5) Reverse stability bear crawls down the steps. Repeat 3x!
