Locate a few sets of stairs that are within a few blocks from each other.

1: SPRINT UP, JOG DOWN. X 2
Run a lap around the block (or to the next set of stairs).

Run a lap around the block (or to the next set of stairs).

3: JUMP UP, JOG DOWN. X 2
