BUNGEE CORD AGILITY & PUSHUPS
I don’t use any equipment when I train myself or my clients outdoors; I just don’t think its necessary. But today I broke out the bungee cord for a little something extra.
These are all classic agility and push-up exercises, just with added planes of motion and resistance from the cord!
PS: ❓❓Can someone tell me what the boat that is spraying the water into the water is all about?! (It’s visible in the 4th clip.)
Here’s the workout: Do about 20 seconds of each…with good form. 3 times through the list!
