I was watching my little nephew this weekend and after a full day of running around after this little meatball, we hit these 5 strength exercises.
(Check him out saying “no no no” at the end. He DOES NOT put up with bad form, so stay focused!)

VINNY + LATERAL STEPPING SQUATS
VINNY + STEP-UP TO REVERSE LUNGE
LATERAL LUNGE + OVERHEAD PRESS
VINNY DEADLIFTS
SQUAT + VINNY BICEP CURLS
