Try This Trick To Effortlessly Drink More Water (video)

We all “KNOW” we need a lot of water each day, BUT knowing and doing are two completely separate things.

So make a little game out of it by labeling one side of the bottle with a line from 9am to 1pm, then on the back from 2-6. Drink up to the line each hour until you hit 1pm, then refill and do the same on the back from 2-6! Drink up, play the game, stay hydrated!

This is not such a sexy topic, but it will make you LOOK and feel sexier. Does that help?!
