HAMPTONS LIVING ROOM CIRCUIT
The idea that you can’t get a good workout while you are traveling is just not true! Just finished the following post-birthday-celebration circuit:
1) BULGARIAN JUMP LUNGES 2) SINGLE LEG PUSHUPS 3) HIGH KNEE TAPS 4) INVERTED REVERSE BOX JUMPS 5) EXPLOSIVE INCLINE PUSHUPS. 5 rounds through, 20 seconds of each exercise, 10 second rest in between! Special thanks to my puppy assistant, Maggie!
