SUPERWOMAN SMOOTHIE BOWL
It’s the hottest day of the summer so far in NYC so I decided to mix up my post workout smoothie. I’m usually in a rush to get somewhere so I just chug a protein shake down as fast as I can!
Never really thought of putting it all in a bowl or slowing down to “enjoy” this part of my workout. But there’s something about tweaking the method in which you prep or eat food that makes it that much more exciting!
BLEND w/ ice: 1) ALMOND MILK, 2) VANILLA HEMP PROTEIN, 3) SPINACH, 4) ACAI. ON TOP: sliced banana and strawberries, coconut shavings! Put it in a bowl and eat it up with a spoon!! Stay cool, Warriors! #TUESDAYTWEAK
