NY Fashion Week Reminds Us That Summer Bodies Are Made In The Winter (do this workout NOW!)

NY Fashion Week here in NYC is just about wrapping up. And in case you haven’t noticed … they are showing SPRING looks. This is a GREAT reminder that even though it’s a brisk 1 degree in Gotham today, the warmer weather is only a quick MONTH AND A HALF away!

Be smart, courageous and focused.

Put in the work now so that once the weather breaks, you won’t be a scrambling around to “get in shape!”

Start with this workout TODAY: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, do the list 6 times:

  • PLANK JACKS (in a plank on hands, do “jumping jacks” with your feet in and out. )
  • PUSHUP SHOULDER TAPS (pushup then tap your right shoulder, then left. )
  • REVERSE LUNGES (add a jump in between to make it more interesting .)
  • JUMP SQUATS
