Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

Are you sick of pumpkin spice everything yet? Well we have quite a while to go so I thought if you can’t beat em, join em!

By now you should know that the Starbucks “PSL” contains no real pumpkin.   Just chemicals and fake stuff. Shocker.

So what I did here was turn the PSL into a post workout, snack or even breakfast smoothie! Obviously I used all real ingredients and kicked it up a notch with Nourify vegan vanilla protein. It’s nothing but a CLEAN source of plant based protein.   (Check what’s in it and buy it here direct from me!)
