Processed meat has been linked to cancer…eat more fruit and peanut butter!

If I never post another #TUESDAYTWEAK again after this one, I think I will be ok. This is by far my favorite one TO DATE!

NOTE: all of these ingredients are unprocessed or raw, with no added chemicals or unnecessary unhealthy crap. But as a whole it is still a sweet treat. It’s a huge upgrade from any store bought sweet snack but as always, be mindful of the amount that you eat.
