Do 30 seconds of each cardio move, then jump right into the plank for the prescribed # of seconds! Do this list 2 more times and you are done!
- 1/2 Burpeea (20 second plank)
- Jumping Jacks (40 second plank)
- Mountain Climbers (60 second plank)
- Side Shuffles (80 second plank)
- High Knee Sprints In Place (100 second plank)
