STRONG HEALTHY WOMAN SPOTLIGHT: This fine little lady is a new client, friend, and insane athlete who just started on a journey of working with me.

Personal Training for women with Strong Healthy Woman is different than the traditional “weight loss” program in MANY ways.

Over the course of the next few months we will be training to MAXIMIZE her LIFE. I will be downloading all of the #MirandaMethod concepts about mindset, nutrition, conditioning, behavioral patterns, change facilitation tools… and lots of gym selfies, obvi!

THE END GAME: to help her LIVE and BREATHE the process of becoming the best and STRONGEST possible version of herself. Eff the “New Years resolutions.” This is a LIFE OVERHAUL, 365 days a year, bitch!
