TUESDAY TWEAK: this week I’m putting a tweak on breakfast. This will give you tons of energy and keep you full for a long time b/c it’s packed with good fats, good carbs, and protein!
THE OATMEAL SMOOTHIE! Blend:
- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats.
- 1/2 cup almond milk.
- 1Tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 Banana.
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
Warm it up or drink it cold! When looking to “move the needle” (see a measurable change) in the way you look and feel, it all comes down to daily incremental changes like these!
