    I love watching your videos, great inspiration!. I have been working out for the past 2/1 years. high intensity work out., I’m good shape size 4, but as of May 8th I tore my meniscus and all I do is work out with weights for upper body. Miss doing my cardio but your videos keep me check and hopefully next month I can do cardio.
