Drop-In to Boot Camp

Got Commitment issues?
It’s no longer a problem if you can’t to set aside a whole month (3 – 5 times a week) for this boot camp program.

You now have the option to just DROP IN to any class at any time. Many women are enjoying the freedom of an this incredible experience without the commitment of the entire month holding them down.

Traveling on business, going on vacation, or just want to try it out before signing up for the session? Then come on down!

How to Drop In:

  1. Check the Boot Camp Schedule to see when and where class will be taking place.
  2. What to bring: dumbbells (3, 5, or 8 – if you have) water bottle, sneakers and yourself!
