If you can’t commit to the 4-Week Long Transformation Academy program, you can now DROP-IN to one class at any time!



Traveling on business, going on vacation, or just want to try it out before signing up for the full 4 Week Academy? Then come on down!

How to Drop In:

  1. Check the Battery Park Boot Camp Schedule to see when and where class will be taking place.
  2. What to bring: dumbbells (3, 5, OR 8 – if you have) water bottle, sneakers and yourself!
  3. Payment of $35: Simply click the appropriate location below.
