UPDATE: New recommendations from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists state that a pregnant woman to do moderate, strenuous exercise as long as she can hold a conversation!

Other factors are to be considered too of course based on your personal situation. But in general…once you get the OK from your personal doc it’s GO TIME baby!
