Practice Radical Self Acceptance (why you need to do this every day)

I find it helpful to remind myself of this on a regular basis.

For me, the A.N.T.s (automatic negative thoughts) come in when I am particularly vulnerable (tired, stressed, angry, lonely.)

I can easily let my entire self worth take a hit during these times. But remembering that “I am enough” and “I am exactly where I need to be” are 2 phrases that have the power to shift my energy and mindset almost instantly.

Believe in yourself and protect your magic.
