StrongHealthyWoman RUNNING CAMP has changed my life. When I joined my first running camp , I was simply looking for a way to lose the weight I had gained after getting married. I NEVER EVER considered myself a “runner”, but I knew that running was touted as one of the best ways to get in shape. Certainly, by the end of the 6-week program, I had lost the weight. But, I wasn’t prepared for what I gained. I gained a sense of accomplishment and strength. I felt a real sense of pride in having achieved the goals set forth in the program. I have done things through this program that I never dreamed possible. I also found myself completed addicted to getting up before 6am every morning in order to see what my body could do for me that day. However, the most surprising aspect of the experience for me is the level of camaraderie in the group. The women I have met along this journey have been so kind and supportive. I have made some wonderful friends through this group. The most notable of which is you, Laura. Without you, none of this would have been possible for me. I have become a runner, thanks to you. With your coaching, I have tackled challenges that I thought were beyond my reach. You have helped me grow in so many ways and for that, I am eternally grateful. Warmest Regards, Joanne
I just wanted to thank you for being such a great motivator! Before we started running this morning, I had a huge mental hurdle to overcome and you have just the right touch!
