Strong-Healthy-Woman Running Camp in NYC and Long Island is a 6-week outdoor running program that offers world-class running instruction & motivational tools – packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness, running and weight loss goals FAST.

Oceanside Park Long Island – Starting Point 9:30 – 10:30am
