Q. Do I need to belong to a gym?
A. NO, not necessarily. I will design your personalized fitness program based on what you have available. If you hate hate hate the gym, I will create a program that can be done with little to no equipment. Likewise, if you do have access to a facility then your program will reflect that. If you hate the gym, you are not going to do the work, right? You have to enjoy it in order to stay consistent and committed. We will work together in order to set you up for success..

Q. How will I receive my workouts from you?
A. You will receive them via email, at this point you can download them onto your computer then print and bring to the gym. You also can log into my personal sight and view workouts and watch video demos of each exercise. At that point you will also log your personal workout results so that I will be able to keep my finger on your pulse and modify and change your program throughout.

Q. What if I have NO experience with exercise, is this for me?
A. Each workout has built in pictures and explanations of each item of your program. On top of that there are video demos of each exercise available on your page on my site. I am here to coach you through every step of the way. You will always have my support 24/7. Alright, probably more like 18/7 (a girls got to sleep to you know.)

Q. How do I sign up?

Q. Is the 3 month program one workout and 3 months of consulting?
A. No way. Your Weekly workouts will vary each day. Based on the results from your exercise journal i will change your daily and weekly workouts. Not only will every day be different but every 5 minutes is different. You will never get bored!

Q. I am a really out of shape and haven’t exercised in 10 years, is this program for me?
A. This program is especially for you. Having a desire to lose weight and get in shape is THE ONLY prerequisite. You are signing on to an exercise program with consulting built in. You get the step by step support to guide you through this rocky terrain.

Q. Is there a diet component to this program?
A. I do provide general nutritional guidelines based on your goals. However , this program does not include a personalized nutrition plan. Clients can purchase the nutritional design program as an adjunct to the exercise program for an extra fee.

Q. What if I get injured and need to stop working out for a while?
A. We can put your training on pause for up to 6 months and resume when you are fully recovered. Usually however, most injuries can be worked around. For example if you sprain your ankle, we can still do cardio via the bike and all the upper body/abs and (limited) lower body that you can handel!

Q. I have been out of shape for a long time. I want results FAST, can you make this happen?
A. First of all, no. You cannot expect to undo a lifetime of poor eating and exercise habits in one month or even three. THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES. If you still think that there are, this is not the program for you You have to commit to the fact that this is about a lifestyle change, NOT a means to an end. NO ONE that looks and feels amazing ever achieves greatness overnight. It takes time, commitment and hard work. We can do this together!
