Camper Appreciation Program:  To give back to our amazing campers and friends we have created Automatic Registration that saves you time and money.  Check it out in Battery Park, NYC ,  Kips Bay/Murray Hill, NYC  , Oceanside, Long Island & Hollywood, Florida.

1 Month at a time: You can sign up for the month’s session with options of either 5 Days/week (avg 5-12 Lbs lost), 4 Days/week or 3 Days/week (avg 2-4 Lbs lost).

Drop-in-Class: Not sure if boot camp is right for you?  Drop in to any class that you would like in either Oceanside, Long Island or Battery Park, NYC or the Kips Bay neighborhood of NYC for only $30 per class. Read More

Long Term Membership:  Women who demand nothing less than a flat stomach, toned arms and tight thighs come on board with this option. Choose from our Gold (6 Month) or Platinum (12 Month) packages at a serious discount, seriously.

Online Training Program Add-On: You can add on to the 5, 4 or 3 day Boot Camp sessions with our Online Training option. Based on your available equipment (gym or no gym access) Laura Miranda will custom design an  exercise program that will make your days off from boot camp as productive as your days in camp. If accellerated fat loss results are what you are after, the Online Training  Add-On is your answer.
