Automatic Registration/Billing Terms

~You can reach us at any time!  YOU are our priority and we want you to have a GREAT experience with Strong-Healthy-Woman. We’ll work with you if and whenever possible, and pledge to handle all transactions and relationships with honesty and integrity.

~Billing will occur every 35 days, because a new camp session begins every 35 days, until you notify us that you would like to cancel.

~You may cancel recurring billing at ANY TIME – with notice.

~You may choose this billing option for the up to 3-day, 4-day or UNLIMITED 5-day program.

~If you would not like to do the billing over the internet, please call the office, we will do in-house billing for you.

~You must speak to Laura over the phone personally and provide a written cancellation notice to avoid continued billing. You must cancel  at the LATEST 5 days prior to your bill date to ensure removal from recurring billing.

~To CANCEL Automatic Registration/Recurring Billing:
Call and speak IN PERSON to Laura Miranda at 646.454.0777.  Email and Voicemail WILL NOT suffice as cancellation notice. This is for your own protection. Then, submit letter to: 375 South End Avenue #7H NY, NY 10280. Once you cancel the auto registration, if and when you decide to start back up – you will have to re-register at the going rate.

~You will be automatically registered and billed for each consecutive camp unless you let us know you can’t attend. This is your responsibility.

~ If you fail to let us know that you cannot attend a camp for which you have already been billed, you will be given a credit towards a future camp. There are no refunds , NO exceptions. Credited months expire 1 year from purchase date.

~ A refund will only be given out if you signed up for Automatic Registration and you let us know you will not be attending camp before the start date of your FIRST camp. In this case you will receive a refund minus a 75$ cancellation fee.  Credited months expire 1 year from purchase date.

~Please attend consecutive boot camps if at all possible. We can credit you for a maximum of ONE CAMP if you’ve already been billed but you’re unable to attend and need to take a month off.  (And you have given us adequate advance notice of at least a week, of course).

~If you have to take more than one camp off – please talk to Laura for options. (We can discuss credit for future camps or other options.)

~There will be no credits or refunds given retroactively (after camp has begun) so don’t forget to inform us if you’re unable to make the whole camp.

~If anything medically related is keeping you from participating at your best – PLEASE TELL US IMMEDIATELY!  A doctors note will be required in order to make up “sick days.”

~Recurring billing is valid for the person who enrolled and is non-transferable to other individuals.

~Once payment has been received it is non-refundable.

~No additional credits or discounts are allowed.

~Classes must retain a minimum number of participants. If for some reason we have to cancel a particular location or time, you will be offered a Credit toward another program or service of your choice, or a refund. It’s not your fault if we have to cancel; so you won’t be penalized in any way for it.

~ Our money back guarantee is contingent upon your attendance in camp for the full 4 weeks.  If you feel that the program that you participated in was not worth every single penny that you paid, then just write me a quick note to the above address and I will cut you a check and drop it in the mail.
