No Cook Overnight Oats (Breakfast TuesdayTweak)

If you are anything like my clients, you are busy from for the second the alarm goes off until the minute your head hits the pillow at night!

One of my favorite ways to not only simplify breakfast but to make it an on-the-go option, is Overnight Oats in a mason jar! I like to make 2 or 3 of these at a time and store them in the fridge so they are available at a moments notice!

5 of my favorite recipes:
Mix the following ingredients into a mason jar. Stir, refrigerate overnight. Eat in the am!
(Double or triple the ingredients to make multiple jars at a time!)

 Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Sliced Apple

Vanilla Almond Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Scoop of Vanilla Vegan Protein (<<I’m now selling my favorite brand!)
1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Slivered Almonds
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
Top with blueberries in the morning!

Protein Peanut Butter & Banana Oats
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Top w/ sliced Banana in the morning!

Chocolate & Strawberry Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Scoop of Chocolate Vegan Protein
1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
5 Chopped Strawberries

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of nut milk of choice
3 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Pecans
