Use this WEEKEND FIT CHALLENGE as a workout in itself or as a nice little add-on to the end of a strength workout! Questions about one of the moves? Comment below!!

Core and Cardio Challenge Weekendfitchallenge

Do 30 seconds of each cardio move, then jump right into the plank for the prescribed # of seconds! Do this list 2 more times and you are done!

  • 1/2 Burpeea (20 second plank)
  • Jumping Jacks (40 second plank)
  • Mountain Climbers (60 second plank)
  • Side Shuffles (80 second plank)
  • High Knee Sprints In Place (100 second plank)
