What Is The Best Stretch For Your Lower Back?

There are many stretches for the lower back. THIS one happens to be one of my favorites because you will hit at least 10 different muscle groups that span your anterior, posterior and lateral chain.

Remember, if you want to train like an athlete, then you’ve got to stretch like one!

TRY IT: 10 seconds in each position, (kneeling, side-bend, and side-bend w/ rotation) for a total of 30. Rest, repeat. Do 5 sets on each side. You can thank me later ☺️.

VERY IMPORTANT: I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. So it is important to understand that I cannot diagnose or treat your pain over the internet. While this is a kick ass stretch that can make you feel better for many reasons, if you need specific help, please reach out to myself or another qualified professional. The end!
