The New Power Lunch On Wall Street (In-Office Workouts)

We are reinventing the “power lunch,” one workout at a time!

This week’s spotlight is on the incredible team at Francis Financial, Inc. In addition to their daily group workouts at lunch time, I get the weekly opportunity to give them an invigorating in-office training session smack in the middle of their busy work day. It’s like gym class for Wall Street! Founder and CEO, Stacy Francis, (who is also a SHW Boot Camper in lower Manhattan) brought me in to work with her company b/c sees the value of investing in her team.

“When we all work out together, my team connects on a whole other level, allowing us to work together even more productively. We all have more energy and a positive outlook,” says Stacy. She even gave everyone Garmin fitness watches so they can track their healthy habits throughout the day!

RESEARCH has proven over and over again that employees that are physically fit take less SICK DAYS, are more PRODUCTIVE, are better able to cope with STRESS, require lower HEALTH CARE costs, and have more ENERGY to kick ass the throughout the day!

This is one of the healthiest work places that I have seen in a long time. It’s NO WONDER that this wealth management firm is as successful as are! I feel lucky to be a part of this incredibly fit and fabulous corporate family!
