TUESDAY TWEAK: The Oatmeal Smoothie (breakfast ideas for weight loss)

 

TUESDAY TWEAK: this week I’m putting a tweak on breakfast. This will give you tons of energy and keep you full for a long time b/c it’s packed with good fats, good carbs, and protein!

THE OATMEAL SMOOTHIE!  Blend:

  • 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats.
  • 1/2 cup almond milk.
  • 1Tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 Banana.
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon

  Warm it up or drink it cold! When looking to “move the needle” (see a measurable change) in the way you look and feel, it all comes down to daily incremental changes like these!
