Wrote this on the mirror at StrongHealthyWoman Boot Camp for Tribeca moms this morning.
Your POWER STATEMENT is THE visceral reason WHY you are after *change.* It’s the energy/feeling/inspiration that you want to harness and use during your workout and throughout the day.
→ It’s what gets you up in the morning.
→ It’s what you call upon when shit gets hard.
→ It’s what KEEPS you motivated long after the excitement of your pledge to “workout and lose weight” wears off.
