Why the heck is Strong Healthy Woman boot camp in Tribeca at 5:30am???

I’m glad you asked! It’s at 5:30am BECAUSE…

  •  WILL POWER is not enough to get you out of bed for a solo date with the treadmill!
  •  It’s easy to skip a workout when you battle back and forth all day “deciding” if you have the time/energy/need/desire…etc!
  • You OWE it to yourself to stop talking about getting in shape and finally put yourself BACK on the priority list!
  • 5:30am is the NO EXCUSE hour! No meetings, no appointments, the kids are still sleeping! Just it’s the ultimate ME TIME.
  • Having EMPOWERED, STRONG, and SEXY women on your team is CONTAGIOUS!

Mon day’s LEAN LEG WORKOUT: Here is a sample workout that we just did on Monday morning. It snowed that day and almost every woman in boot camp told me that they would have skipped the workout if it weren’t for this class!
