Success is a Mindset

I was reading a book this afternoon and a simple phrase resonated with me. It said: “success is a mindset.”

When your mind KNOWS you can do something…you are UNSTOPPABLE.

And unfortunately, the flip side of that is true as well. But the cool thing to understand here is that you have a choice in the matter.

“Success is a mindset” is another way of saying my favorite phrase: whether you think you can, or you think you can’t…you’re right.

Basically, your subconscious is ALWAYS listening.

What did you feed it today? Hell, what are you feeding it right now?

If you are feeling on the TOP OF YOUR GAME, MOTIVATED and ready to attack this week with A VENGEANCE, hell YESSSS! This means that you are talking to your self and to others like a champion, you are thinking all of these amazing thoughts and your body responds by putting them into action.

However, if you are a little off, down in the dumps, and struggling to find your FIRE, then take a look at what you are feeding your subconscious.

I want you all to SET YOUR INTENT for the day tomorrow. Ask yourself, the universe, the boot camp gods or whomever for what it is EXACTLY (in strict detail) that you want for yourself this week. What do you want? Who do you want to become? What kind of energy to you want to apply to it all?

Be careful what you ask for…because you WILL get it.

Remember my little Strong Healthy Woman warriors, there is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more to this healthy living stuff than the pushups and the clean eating. It’s been said that the most healthy people are those that are the most in touch with what’s going on inside of them (thoughts, feelings, mindset.)

Start asking yourself the important questions (and don’t forget to listen to your answers): What worked this week? What didn’t? Why? What’s the ONE THING that I can do tomorrow that’s going to make the difference that’s going to make the difference

I believe in you.
